A lot of people across a lot of AV software platforms are unfortunately having this same issue I'm running Kaspersky Total Security And everyone reaches the same conclusion that the only way to fix the problem is by uninstalling the AV OP linked the github issues but here's MS's guidance on AV and containers https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-ha...dows-containers Here's the github issue https://github.com/Microsoft/Virtualization...tion/issues/355 And here are the steps for setting up docker containers on windows https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualiza...tart-windows-10 I'm guessing (hoping) if you try the steps listed in there on a windows 10 system with Kaspersky installed you'll have the same issue. So far I haven't found anyone that's been able to get around the issue outside of just uninstalling the AV software
