    Kirill, 1. Upgrade, everything it is on other thread https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=370408 2. Result it's "Completed" 3. I did run it but file it's too big, I uploaded it to incident INC000007792379.
  2. MS-WSUP: UpdateSync failed [In progress]

    Hi all !!! I have the majority of machines on our organization showing "Windows update search has not been performed for a long time" when every machine has run "Find vulnerabilities and required updates" today at 1AM as every day and we still keep seeing this message about our machines not been checked for updates. If I look into the results for "Find vulnerabilities and required updates" I see that the majority of them come up with "Find vulnerabilities and required updates has been successfully completed. Vulnerabilities detected: critical level - 0, high-risk level - 0, medium level - 0" so something is not working or the alerts are wrong. Task "Install required updates and fix vulnerabilities" ended successfully with "No actions required." today at 2AM Task "Perform Windows Update synchronization" ended successfully with "Completed" today at 12:07AM Someone care to ask or recommend some try and error? Or I'll open an incident later today. Thanks in advance! PS: Network agent version: 10.4.343 on Windows 7 Security application version: 10.3.0.6294 Policy Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent has the "Software updates and Vulnerabilities" options all checked as follow: [CHECKED] Use Administration Server as WSUS server Windows update search mode [ACTIVE] [CHECKED] Scan executable files for vulnerabilities when starting them

[MS-WUSP]: UpdateSync failed. #1198 Assertion "tmCookieMaxSyncUpdatesTime != KLSTD::c_tmInvalidTime" failed

  8. Correct. The upgrade to 10.3.407 did fixed the problem and database went from corrupted and 10GB in size to be fixed and less than 200MB in size.-
  9. Yes upgrade did the trick! setup10.3.407full_en.exe
  10. INC000007553796 I'm doing upgrade to setup10.3.407full_en.exe I'll inform back
  11. Thanks Labrador. You are right I don't have the option or I could't find it. I opened an incident and they are trying to help me. I'll inform to give an idea of what was the problem. Have a great week!
  12. How do I run the maintenance. I know KSC it's running the backup but haven't configured any maintenance myself, doesn't the installation do that? We do have enough space and in case of server failure I'll reinstall KSC so I guess I haven't care much about the KSC maintenance other than software and virus sign updates. I assumed this was automatic or we were in no need for that.
  13. Can you explain your self please as my system drive (C:) has 276GB free and data drive (D:) has 568GB free. Could this be related to a limitation on the SQL 2K8 R2 version? Thanks in advance.-
