  1. Hello We have extended the license and updated kaspersky security and anti virus. Since then we have had 1 desktop which can not be updated, no problem with this desktop in the last 3 years We have uninstalled Kaspersky and installed it again with the same resutate.   2. Hello A few weeks ago we have done an update, we have since a problem with a desktop and notebook. The desktop gives a Connection failed, physical error, we have reinstalled Kaspersky and put the computer on a different switch, problem remains, update is not possible.
