  1. No dice, they want a copy of the patcher randomware, which I don't have. I'm trying to get a sample, but having difficulty finding one bc I don't want to troll torrent sites for it.
  2. I created a ticket via https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/ with my corporate support, and will post what I receive.
  3. Fair enough. I figured I probably am not the first person to ask this, so it's worth a shot.
  4. Hey, can has anyone been able to confirm with kaspersky that the Mac software finds the following hashes? SHA-1 Filename 1b7380d283ceebcabb683464ba0bb6dd73d6e886 Office 2016 Patcher.zip a91a529f89b1ab8792c345f823e101b55d656a08 Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Patcher.zip e55fe159e6e3a8459e9363401fcc864335fee321 Office 2016 Patcher 3820b23c1057f8c3522c47737f25183a3c15e4db Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 Patcher Found here: http://www.welivesecurity.com/2017/02/22/n...are-hits-macos/
  5. I have a server running Kaspersky Security Center V10.2.434. It has name X. I need to create an installation package for remote users that points to name Y. Every package that I create for KES 10.2.4.674 points to name X as the administrator server. How can I change it to point to name Y?
  6. I have about 30+ users that want to upgrade their machines to Windows 10. Currently they are on Windows 7 Pro. When they try to upgrade, they get an error stating that Kaspersky needs to be removed in order for the upgrade to complete. Specific Error Message: "Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows" "Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10". Application Version: 10.2.4.674 Is there any way other than uninstalling Kaspersky on all of them, upgrading to Win 10, than re-installing Kaspersky?
  7. Thank you. Can I do this through KSC, or do I need to do this on the machines themselves?
  8. I need to change the address of the server without losing connection to the existing clients.
  9. Hey all, I have 800+ machines that I need to update the Admin server address for. I know that one by one I can use KLMover and update, but is there a better way to do it via Kaspersky Security Center 10? All 800+ currently connect to Admin Server 1, but I need to change it so that they all connect to Admin Server 2. Any advice? Specs: Admin server running Kaspersky Security Center 10.2.434 Machines are running 10.2.4.674
  10. Definitely. I'm aware of this. Going forward, how can I change the policy so that any new computers setup with this policy don't have this same issue?
  11. We are having issues with computers offsite that are attempting to connect to our on site Kaspersky server. We've punched through (on the firewall) av.domainname.com to the correct server. I have a laptop on my desk, connected to my phone's wireless (so that it's outside network). Installed the Offsite package on it. In event viewer, it shows that it's trying to connect to the local named server "XXAV01.domainname.local". I went back into the policy, and in network agent, it shows that there's a connection profile with the correct info (av.domainname.com). Any tips on how to update the policy so that the offsite computers can get the correct info?
  12. We recently started to deploy ksc 10 (10.2.434). We've setup connection from outside the network. In order to use SSL, do we need to generate and install an SSL cert? If yes, is there a walkthrough for that process?
