  1. Hello! Developers fixed a bug and fix will be in 2019 version. As a temporary solution, please reinstall antivirus to 2017 version: http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2017#downloads
  2. Hello! Please setup your home network as trusted in antivirus settings - Protection - Firewall - Networks - on your home network in Network type change the value to Trusted network. Check if access is restored. Please allow Local Services in Kaspersky Packet Rules. 1) Open the main Kaspersky window (double-click Kaspersky shortcut on the Desktop or the red “K” icon in System Tray); 2) Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner; 3) In the new window that appears, navigate to ‘Protection’; 4) In the list (to the right) click on ‘Firewall’; 5) Click on the ‘Configure packet rules’ option; 6) Select ‘Local Services (TCP)’, click on ‘Edit’ and in the ‘Action’ option set ‘Allow’; 7) Select ‘Local Services (UDP)’, click on ‘Edit’ and in the ‘Action’ option set ‘Allow’; 8) Confirm by clicking on the ‘Save’ button for both rules. If it will not help, try to disable option "Scan encrypted connections" in antivirus settings - Additional - Network - setup "Do not scan encrypted connections" Please tell us about results.
  3. Hello! This is a known issue with unable to proceeding order on PayPal. It was fixed in 2018 version. As a workaround, please disable option "Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages" in antivirus settings - Additional - Network, while using PayPal.
  4. Hello! There is a known bug with script injection in 2017 version, which blocks some menus and options on websites. It was fixed in patch D for 2017 version and in 2018 version. As a workaround you can keep this option disabled until the patch will be released.

  9. Hello! Please perform the following: In antivirus's settings - Protection - Application Control - click on Manage applications under Rules for applications, personal data protection. Then in the Restrictions list find Discord app - right-click on it - Details and rules - click on Rights tab - find Access sound recording devices - change Action to Allow in right side. Then click Save. Check will it help.
