  1. Hi, My Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 product has not worked since I updated to Windows 10. I have tried searching how to update it (and tried updating to Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 as one search suggested) but it still has my Kaspersky paused and tells me the computer is in "Safe Mode". I have restarted the computer several times but it still gives me this message. Can anyone help me get this figured out? Thanks!
