  1. I have one customer whose KSC (running on a Windows 7 Pro machine) cannot update. The standalone updater also does not complete. I ran the updater from my home PC (different ISP) with no issues. I have run a trace route on dnl-00.geo.kaspersky.com through dnl-19.geo.kaspersky.com on both the customer KSC PC and my home PC and have attached. Emailing the ISP yielded nothing. I CAN open all the sites in a web browser. What to do next? KasperskyUpdateTraceRoute-HomePC.txt KasperskyUpdateTraceRoute-838.txt
  2. Droezel, I had used the explicit path for x64 Teamviewer_desktop.exe so I will do as you say. Also, I may have missed the 'allow interaction' and mis-ticked the child instead but will check that. These installs are not on a domain. They are one-off PCs (satellite offices etc.) and there is no KSC. I have deployed Kaspersky via KSC 3 times now and am relatively comfortable with that environment. Another question perhaps but I wasn't planning on connecting these remotes to KSC - is that recommended? If that were to be it would need to be via VPN and that could be problematic...
  3. Hi, I have looked for a solution but have not found one as yet on this forum and elsewhere. Basically using Teamviewer 11 session on remote PC when the installation gets to the key part I cannot do anything and then require assistance from personnel on-site. I do not really want to place a key file in the installation directory - I would rather activate with the code. I have tried setup.ini and install.cfg with mixed results. If a silent install is the way to go that works for me. Also I would like to activate the USB protection but I do not see that in the setup.ini file. Any help is appreciated Cheers
