  2. hello, i am new in this environment of administering kaspersky both remotely and locally. 1. the issue reported to me from a location is that while installing kaspersky, an error came up stating source of the product not available and verify source exists. 2. in another location, while uninstalling the kaspersky it was requiring a certain account name and password. which is new to me.. kindly help.
