  1. I had this issue when I removed my "other vendor" protection suite and installed KIS. After trying everything with KIS, I reset IE and that fixed it! In IE - Tools (cog icon) > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset... After clearing all settings make sure to close IE and Outlook before checking.
