  1. Mike, thanks very much -your sugesstion solved my problem. I managed to perform full scan of my system. However instalation and upgrading to 5.0.388 caused another more serios problem. With 5.0.388, every time I would try to connect to internet- I use dial-up every time the connection was established with a remote computer it caused my system to reboot. This freaked me out. The error message was that my AV acted like a server or something .I had to remove AV from my system to get back everything to normal.Please let me know have you heard of similiar problem and how to solve this.
  2. Since I purchased Kaspersky Personal 5.0.123 I am unable to do the virus scan due to the above mentioned problem. I have downloaded all the database updates but this did not solve the problem: detailed error code 24 (KLIF) driver, database is damaged or not updated. Please do let me know what seems to be the problem.
