  1. OK, its done. I will post an update once I have applied 'the fix'.
  2. Unprocessed Objects don't exist yet I continue to see status descriptions stating Unprocessed objects. This happens when resetting a device after a virus found. They only way I've been able to clear this message is by uninstalling KES and reinstalling. There are no items in the Repository under Unprocessed Files, Backup or Quarantine. KSC 10.4.343 KES 10.3.0.6294 NetAgent 10.4.343
  3. What's going on with this issue !?! A wipe and restore of KSC and the same problem re: notifications happened. THEY DON'T STOP POPPING UP FOR MY USERS. I had to disable the notification because the restore didn't recover the prior configuration I did to stop this. Come on Kaspersky, I'm not the only one having this issue.
  4. Schedule management. Would be nice to see a report of scheduled tasks details, conflicts ...
  5. I have the same problem: (https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=369171&st=0&p=2693357entry2693357) The new version of the policy has the settings for notifications in a different location. I was able to stop the notifications from popping up by going to the Policy -> Advanced settings -> Reports and Storages -> Notifications , Settings -> Device Control, Disable the Notify On Screen for the Critical events (Check boxes). This is only a temporary fix as the popup is disabled completely even when a device is attached, but at least my helpdesk tickets for the annoying popup has stopped coming in until Kaspersky can get this working properly
  6. This cannot be 'by design', it is an issue and needs to be addressed and fixed. You're stating that having the Device popup notification disturb a user every few seconds and minutes, continually for hours, is done so on purpose ?! The only way I've been able to get around this annoyance is to disable the popup notification completely. Now users cannot request permission when plugging in a usb device because the notification popup is disabled.

  8. Yes, I rated this topic the moment it was resolved for me. Thanks again
  9. Thank you Kirill, that's it ! A bit confusing since I thought the option would've resided as tabs in the Endpoint Control section like it does for the client.
  10. How can I use the policy to select the option of "allow interactions with application interface"? In my KES Policy / Endpoint Control / Application Privilege Control / Application Settings / Applications control rules / then right clicking a trusted object and selecting application rules: the History Tab and Exclusions Tab are not there. KSC 10.3.407 KES 10.2.5.3201 Network Agent 10.3.407 Patch A
  11. Go to the Application Management section - Software Updates. Have you approved / denied the updates you want installed? You would do this here. Do you want to remove update files? highlight one, two or all and right click, select Delete update files. Also the Software Vulnerabilities section you can add rule to a specified task.

  13. My apologies for the late reply. Yes, I can approve/deny mulptiple updates using the Action pane. Thank you !
  14. Why do I have 72K+ updates listed? It seems many are listed multiple times because of localization language. Is there a way to wipe the update list?
  15. The version prior to the one I'm using now. Is there any other way to approve / deny updates aside from 1 at a time in its properties window?
  16. I am not talking about accepting or denying License Agreements. I'm talking about approving updates. Attached is the properties window of an update that needs to be approved. It seems I have to do this for each one and I don't want to do this for 70K+ updates. I remember being able to select multiple updates and choosing Yes or No to approve the batch. If you look at my first attachment, the right click menu (circled red) option for this is gone. Did the latest version remove this feature?
  17. KSC v10.2.434 KES v10.2.4.674 (mr2) Network Agent 10.2.434D Application Management - Software Updates: Why is selecting multiple software updates to approve or deny, no longer possible? I have a list of 72K+ undefined updates I'd like to deny/approve and don't want to do it one at a time. Why in the world do I even have 72K+ updates listed? It seems many are listed multiple times because of localization language
  18. Matthew, we had the exact issue happen. Thanks for providing this explanation and solution.
