  1. OK, its done. I will post an update once I have applied 'the fix'.
  2. Unprocessed Objects don't exist yet I continue to see status descriptions stating Unprocessed objects. This happens when resetting a device after a virus found. They only way I've been able to clear this message is by uninstalling KES and reinstalling. There are no items in the Repository under Unprocessed Files, Backup or Quarantine. KSC 10.4.343 KES 10.3.0.6294 NetAgent 10.4.343
  3. What's going on with this issue !?! A wipe and restore of KSC and the same problem re: notifications happened. THEY DON'T STOP POPPING UP FOR MY USERS. I had to disable the notification because the restore didn't recover the prior configuration I did to stop this. Come on Kaspersky, I'm not the only one having this issue.
  4. Schedule management. Would be nice to see a report of scheduled tasks details, conflicts ...

    POP-UP Issue with KES10-SP2 [2175144]

I have the same problem: (https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=369171&st=0&p=2693357entry2693357) The new version of the policy has the settings for notifications in a different location. I was able to stop the notifications from popping up by going to the Policy -> Advanced settings -> Reports and Storages -> Notifications , Settings -> Device Control, Disable the Notify On Screen for the Critical events (Check boxes). This is only a temporary fix as the popup is disabled completely even when a device is attached, but at least my helpdesk tickets for the annoying popup has stopped coming in until Kaspersky can get this working properly
  6. This cannot be 'by design', it is an issue and needs to be addressed and fixed. You're stating that having the Device popup notification disturb a user every few seconds and minutes, continually for hours, is done so on purpose ?! The only way I've been able to get around this annoyance is to disable the popup notification completely. Now users cannot request permission when plugging in a usb device because the notification popup is disabled.
  7. It's been a month, any progress?

  9. Yes, I rated this topic the moment it was resolved for me. Thanks again
  10. Thank you Kirill, that's it ! A bit confusing since I thought the option would've resided as tabs in the Endpoint Control section like it does for the client.
  11. Yes, it is currently unchecked.
  12. How can I use the policy to select the option of "allow interactions with application interface"? In my KES Policy / Endpoint Control / Application Privilege Control / Application Settings / Applications control rules / then right clicking a trusted object and selecting application rules: the History Tab and Exclusions Tab are not there. Go to the Application Management section - Software Updates. Have you approved / denied the updates you want installed? You would do this here. Do you want to remove update files? highlight one, two or all and right click, select Delete update files. Also the Software Vulnerabilities section you can add rule to a specified task.
