  1. I'm not sure what screenshots I could provide. I hit "Run" on the "Install application updates and fix vulnerabilities" in the KSC, and all of my clients with Apple iTunes installed receive the message as illustrated in attached screenshot. I am not using the Beta software, rather putting a suggestion for improvement in future releases. Thanks,
  2. This happens when we are pushing patches to various applications. The screenshot illustrates an Apple service not being able to update. How should I get the file to you?
  3. A highly frustrating occurrence for our users (and me, since I get the complaints from the helpdesk staff) is to get messages such as "The following processes affect the update installation." They don't know what to hit, helpdesk calls are generated, and often the update never gets installed. Will this be fixed in the new version? In this case, why can't it be scheduled to be installed on reboot without prompt? Please see attached screenshot. Thanks!
  4. Hi, the link I sent previously has expired. Unfortunately I'm having troubles attaching the file to the forum because of it's size. I sent a new link to KL Support. Thanks!
  5. It's been a few days since I shared the logs, just checking on this and seeing if you need anything else. Thanks!
  6. Done, no problem! Is this where I should send future logs? Thanks
  7. Re-ran task with traces enabled, same result. I've PM'ed you the link to the requested info. Thanks!
  8. Artem, I've PM'ed a link to the GSI report. I ran it after deleting the SoftwareDistribution folder as requested. Thanks
  9. One of the issues that I was told Patch D would resolve is the installation of KB3000850 on Windows 8.1 / Server 2012R2. The KSC console is returning "Updates installed: 0 out of 1." and the following two entries in the Kaspersky Event Log: [Windows Update Agent] 'Installation returned an error: Microsoft Windows® failed to install the following update due to error 0x8024200d: Update for Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB3000850).'. Error code: Windows Update Agent error 8024200d ("The update handler did not install the update because it needs to be downloaded again."). Event ID: 182. Update ID: '(086110f9-6500-4ada-902d-7861cd2cd90b, 214)'. [Windows Update Agent] 'Installation returned an error: Microsoft Windows® failed to install the following update due to error ?: ?.'. Error code: Windows Update Agent error 8024200d ("The update handler did not install the update because it needs to be downloaded again."). Event ID: 182. Update ID: '(e7b56916-3356-4f59-ac71-be7ef2159050, 214)'. Please advise, Thanks
  10. Installed fine on 2012R2 / SQL Express 2014 English. It took about 5-10 minutes for the console to be able to reconnect to the server after installing the patch. I noticed that my custom columns and search in the console for Software Updates had reset to default, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, so far so good.
  11. The first link provided indicates this issue was fixed in 8u45... Thanks!
  12. Actually, I'm having the same problem -- Installing 32-bit java (jre-8u45-windows-i586.exe) on a 64-bit machine -- results in the task returning "The application that you are trying to install does not support the current version of the operating system on the client computer." This is the same behavior with either a manually uploaded version of the installer or the copy from the database. Installing manually works fine. Seems like a bug to me.
