  2. Some weeks ago two links on my account page (my.kaspersky.com) began malfunctioning. The links in question are "Devices" and "Store". They start to redirect, but the redirection never finishes, but keeps alternating back and forth between two addresses. This occurs on all the computers I have Kaspersky Pure 3.0 installed on, including Win 8.1, Win 7 and Win XP, and using various browsers (IExplorer, Firefox, Google Chrome). In addition, if I try to login directly from center.kaspersky.com the same behavior starts immediately and I can't even log in! I have received many suggestions from customer support, but none of them address the problem. As an experiment, I created a second account, linked my Pure 3.0 installations to it, and the links now work properly again. I suspect that in some odd way my old account has become corrupted. Has anyone else had this issue appear? Attached is a screen shot of the links affected.
