I purchased Pure 3.0 with enough device coverage so that my college age kids could add their Macs. We are having difficult with them being able to access my account. they have the login and password as well as key to add their devices for coverage however they cannot log into my account. Can anyone offer a solution? I have already put the question to tech support but sometimes it takes a bit for them to answer so I thought that I would ask here as well. Thanks.
