  6. Hello everyone, It seems to be a known problem in Total Force Upgrade (upgrade using the popup in product). Either try to install KIS 2016 manually (download and install from here) or do following beforehand: 1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ 2. Rename cm_km_w.sys driver to cm_km_w.bak We are deeply sorry for inconvenience caused. This problem will be fixed with one of the following patches.
  7. Well, it happens Though we have fixed couple of similar issues with yahoo mail and Anti-Banner recently, possibly they took effect only now on your machine.
  8. Hello everyone, That seems to be a false-detect. Ajay S: Could you please provide traces for me. To do that: 1. Go to Support tab (located in the main window in the lower left) - Support Tools - Enable traces. 2. Close FF. 3. Open FF and go to your yahoo mail and make sure problem still reproduces. 4. Disable tracing. 5. Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab, archive generated .log files and send me as PM. By the way, does only 'Compose' feature fail to work? Or is there any other?
  9. Hello everyone, This is a known problem [bug: 1268652]. It will be fixed in MR1 patch, which will be released in January (hopefully).   16. Добрый день, в этом патче проблема (1233738) исправлена не будет. Исправление ожидается в патче MR1. К сожалению, дата его выхода еще неизвестна.
  17. Если стоит Kaspersky Anti-Virus, то сделайте следующее: 1. Отключите самозащиту, выключите KAV. 2. WIN+R -> regedit 3. Пройдите по пути HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Services -> klwfp (kltdi для Win7 и ниже) -> выставьте значение Start в '4' 4. Перезагрузитесь.
  18. Hello, I would advice to hit 'Disconnect' as a more safer option. But in case you trust domain you can press continue at your own risk. This pop-up basically means that browser is trying to make a connection to some untrusted domain and is asking you what to do.

  22. I just opened random thread on /b/ and posted in it. No problems occured. Though I am running Kaspersky Total Security 16.0.0.614(b ) with latest databases. If you are using Kaspersky Anti-Virus please try following: 1. Disable self-defense, exit KAV. 2. WIN+R -> regedit 3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Services -> klwfp (kltdi on win 7 and below) -> set Start value to '4' 4. Reboot.
  23. Well, on Windows 7 your attempt to take a screenshot, while any instance of Safe Browser is open , should be blocked. Do you use Firefox as your browser? If so, that might be a known bug (1263097). That is not a matter of what is more comfortable. If we make exclusions for software like Snipping Tool, technically there is a chance that malware might use that to take screenshot of your banking operations silently. We do not want that, thus any attempt to make screenshot, other that using hardware keyboard, is blocked.
  24. Hello, @Veracity: Snipping Tool is prevented from taking screenshots to make your transactions more secure. This is the main reason behind that. Though you still have an option to take screenshots, just in more old-fashioned way. @Qubit: You must be running Windows 10, which still doesn't have all features implemented, including protection from screenshots: http://support.kaspersky.com/12198
