  1. Ok, I did that. Everything seems to be working. Thanks for the help.
  2. Thanks for the help. I checked the Update Sources window and the only source listed was "Kaspersky Lab Update Servers", but I have used the 'test' server in the past when I was using a Beta version of the software. I did add the update source that you provided and ran an update. That update also failed. I then unchecked the "Kaspersky Lab Update Servers" and just used the "http://dnl-01.geo.kaspersky.com/" server. That update ran successfully. So, for the moment I am running with the Lab Update Servers unchecked as shown in the attachment. But, the databases are now up to date, so all is well.
  3. For the last 2 days Kaspersky Pure 3.0 has failed to update and gives me a message that the databases are out of date. The application is version 13.0.2.558 ©. I am running Windows 7 Home 64 bit. The update report file is attached. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Kaspersky_Update_Report21Sep2013.txt
  4. I'm having the same problem as Square1. I have tried using the "Kaspersky Lab Update Servers" and the Beta Test Server ''http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ap''. Both will attempt to download updates, sometimes getting to 100% downloaded, sometimes not, but the program always says that the databases are out of date.
