  1. HI! when I click on the "Computer protection" the screen that's brought is all green and there is nothing there to fix.. I entered into reports and did see objects so I cleared them but I still get the messages.. I did a full scan and nothing is been detected. I rebooted and still the same notice.. Pure 3.0 (f) Any ideas
  2. HI! I have been waiting for pure 3.0 ( F) to be updated so I can load Firefox 3.0 and noticed this one. I am assuming that this version is independent from the one in Pure 3.0 but I thought I would ask anyways. Can this one upgrade the one in pure 3.0 ( F ) or am I better off just to wait until pure gets its password manager updated?
  3. HI! I need to update my firefox now so I need to know which version of Firefox is compatible with the present version password manager plugin ( I use password manager that comes with Pure 3.0 ). PS: I use Kaspesky Pure 3.0 but I posted this here because I figure must be the same or similar plugin used for password manager for firefox.
  4. I have patch C and a few things seemed to be fixed but now but I just noticed again in password manager that I still get the data sync failed in the lower left of the window. It shows the user account with a green check mark but below an orange exclamation mark with a sync failed and when I click the "Sync Now" button I get the same thing. I thought they fixed this? PS: Password manager also froze up on me as well. I had to close it with task manager as it would not respond. I hope they fix this soon and not take another 6 months. Edit: I am going to take a wild guess that you are not using Kaspersky Internet Security & Anti-Virus. I think my guess is correct, so I will move this New Topic from the Kaspersky Internet Security & Anti-Virus section of this forum and move it to the PURE section of this forum, and then Merge to the already pre-existing topic, then send you the link to your post.
  5. One thing I did notice this time is that it added an exception to disable the browsers build in password Managers, not sure if it was there last build but this sounds like something that could conflict with the manager if it were not disabled, so maybe that was the fix, Just though it was worth mentioning it, anyways well see soon enough
  6. ---------------------------------------- Well they sent me instructions and so far it works but I have not tested it through out. I did work at first the last time but after got stuck but for now its working. here are the instructions for anyone else whom may find it useful. Please remove and reinstall Kaspersky: Step 1 - Download the latest version: Download the latest version from our website: http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/product.../kaspersky-pure Step 2 - Remove the existing version: Close out of Kaspersky, right-click on the Kaspersky K in the lower right corner of your screen and choose 'Exit'. Then go to the Start Menu > 'All Programs' > 'Kaspersky PURE' > 'Remove'. Click 'Next'. Select 'Save Application Objects' if not already selected. Click 'Next'. Follow the prompts to complete the process. Then reboot your computer when prompted. Step 3 - Reinstall: Double-click the downloader installer and follow the prompts to install. Your activation data should be picked up automatically. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  7. I already sent a ticket to tech support and here is the number: Support 315110085 C:\Program Data\Kasperky Lab\kpm\ " Does not exist" ( And yes I unchecked hide system and hidden files ). The log file does not exist either under any drive. I have windows 7 64 bit. Paul
  8. We hope so, Its hard though for any developer to keep up with firefox's constant updates, I think that's one of the reasons why firefox has lost so much ground to Crome, that and also the 64 bit issue that they refuse to convert the main GUI to please the users ( Even though all the inner works are 64 bit ) they say it that there would be no performance gain and they are probably right but you cannot fight your users that way, its bad business practice. Anyways so not want to go to much off topic. IF the "C" makes things work then its all good, but this is the second bug that I have encountered that has stopped functionality of a part of the program, First it was "System Mechanic Pro" that I had to put exceptions for due to popups and errors and now PW does not work at all. and I am not the only one with the exact same problem and symptoms.
  9. Yes we know, that why this thread from the OP, this post is a question on when its going to be supported. ( Did you get into my catnip? )
  10. I would like see an update too. my password manager does not even work at moment. its crashes after 3-4 seconds once I unlock it. still waiting... however it would be also nice to know that at least the 3 most popular browsers are being tend too by kP 3.0 Password manager. Perhaps there should be a volunteer beta team specifically for new browser updates for password manager. ( Firefox tends to change minor versions more often than some people change there underwear )
  11. I removed it and re-did a report here it is. I still get the same result in password manager. http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...2a2214d58ed12c7
  12. Report link posted. http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...27e18d0e69f416c
  13. What is the request number? I used the "Create system state report" under support tools but when I go to send it, it asks for a request number. I did however let it create a zip file and saved it under my desktop but you are not clear where we are suppose to send it?
