  1. Hello, is there any way to grant temporary access to a blocked device to the user, without him having to send a key file? As admin I'd like to be able to just allow a computer/user to access a device when I want by the admin console, without the whole process taking place. Is there any solution?
  2. Hello, the BSOD is happening during the installation process. I don't use encryption and havn't tried to disable product components. What I tried though is using the Kaspersky Removal Tool and remove the old install first and the Network Agent later. APPARENTLY this has solved the issue on one PC, I will be performing tests on other computers in January. I attached the full dump report. 122413_22339_01.zip
  3. Hello there, I'm admin in a network of around 100 of pcs. Today I was updating KES to the new MR1. Tried on a small amount of computers and sent the update. On 5 pcs I got a BSOD error. All of them are giving the following minidump report These are all different PCs, from different manufacturers. They all run Windows 7 x64 though. Any ideas? It is a critical issue, since I can't actually deploy Kaspersky to any computer unless I find out what's wrong with the installation.
