  1. I've figured it out finally. If you go to reports and notifications->computer selections->unassigned computers with network agent, there were a bunch of old hostnames I didn't recognize. These were machines that were decommissioned and didn't even exist on the network. The console said that they were +/+ though which is odd. After deleting them it was all fine.
  2. If I search for computers in the unassigned computers section I see all the computers are blue and some computers listed with +/+ that simply do not exist in my domain. I guess I don't really know the difference between the 2 reports. It would be helpful to know that difference.
  3. Thanks that made a slight difference. Now I went from "keys in use" 71->68, though I deleted like 10 old machines and it only made a difference of 3 keys. Key usage report shows 52. edit: The number keeps climbing up and when I remove from the unassigned computers they just show up again because they are listed in AD I'm guessing. If keys in use is 69 and key usage report shows 52, if I bought 55 licenses will this give me a problem?
  4. Can anyone help me with this issue? I'm unsure how to proceed in finding out how many licenses I need to buy and why these 2 are so different.
  5. Kaspersky Endpoint Protection with Kaspersky Security Center version 10.0.3361. Screenshots attached.
  6. I'm using Kaspersky Security Center and the key usage report differs from the keys in use. Keys in use shows 71, key usage report shows 52. Why are these different and how do I know how many keys I'm actually using?
