  1. I'm lucky, our licence runs out in the next month and I'm moving! Since upgrading to version 10 its been a right headache, constantly waiting for a fix which still hasn't come. In the past I've had issues with Symantec Endpoint Protection and now Kaspersky. Looking through the forums I've experienced the same issues as virtually everyone else with 'not scanned in a long time' to very very slow boot up times. Machines with SSD's don't seem to suffer anywhere near those with HDD's but this is only about 5% of my population. I've been trying out a couple of other solutions in preparation and I'm amazed at the difference. An older XP machine which took nearly seven minutes to boot and open IE with Kaspersky installed now boots in less than a minute with Vipre. I've always said I'd never go back to Symantec AV and now its the same for Kaspersky.
  2. I'd suggest raising a case at http://companyaccount.kaspersky.com I posted here before realising I could raise via the above.
  3. Thanks for the reply and you're absolutely right. I decided to contact Kaspersky after posting and they replied: "In order for Application Vulnerabilities to work you will need to install a Security Center 10 licence which comes with an Advanced licence in order to use the systems management features." Would be better if the message referred to a licence issue. Thanks again.
  4. Hi, I'm getting a message on the Kaspersky Security Center console that "you need to accept license agreements for updates" however when I click the link it then says "Error occurred when accepting selected license agreements" If I then select a vulnerability and go through the 'updates installation and vulnerabilities fix task creation wizard' it says right at the end 'Cannot create a task. 'System Management' functionality is restricted' which I'm assuming is because I need to accept the agreement. So question is how do I accept the agreement? I do have an active licence installed. Any help greatly appreciated
