  1. I have been seeing weird ads for the last week or so on my computer. I was searching through my internet history this morning, trying to find a website I had previously visited. As I clicked on this site: Undergroundhealth.com 813573602.keywordblocks.com an popup window appeared. On this window was an alert from this "company." Lightspark Player Pro | Watch Flash Files Now! My first reaction was to click off of the page. I couldn't do anything. I couldn't click on any other open tabs, or close the window. My first reaction was to disconnect from the internet and restart my computer. I don't think my system was infected. However, in my haste, I didn't perform a screen capture. I just completed a full scan and it didn't detect anything. Who can I report this site to? It obviously has hijacking malware.
  2. I started having an issue with gmail a few weeks ago after installing Kas Pure 3. I keep getting an error message in Windows Live Mail (800ccc0e) I have not changed any settings in Gmail, Live Mail... the ONLY thing that has changed has been Kaspersky. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get my gmail to download through Live Mail...PLEASE?
  3. I answered my own question. The virtual keyboard was deselected in Chrome extensions.
  4. I just installed Kasperky Pure 3. I cannot seem to be able to find the shortcut button for the virtual keyboard in the web-browser tools panel. Kasperksy's manual states that the button is available in Chrome, IE and Mozilla. I'm using Chrome, but the button is not there. In Pure 2 I think you had to ask for the button to be in the tools panel. With Pure 3, I can't find that option, and the button is not in the tools panel. Can someone tell me where the button went, or how to access it or get it to appear on the tools panel?
  5. I finally got a response and was told that I could upgrade to pure 3. I'm still having the same issue: Pure 3 randomly crashes, 5 times since yesterday morning. Please tell me what to do now.
  6. I have been experiencing the same problem. I'm running windows 7 64 bit, but I DON"T have IE 10. So why does my Pure 3 keep crashing? I just upgraded from 2 and the upgrade was supposed to solve the problem, but it hasn't.
  7. well, I contacted support on 5/3 with the attached files "Get system info" and the AVZ report. I have heard NOTHING from them....NOTHING. This is getting really frustrating.
  8. I have the same issue - up to 10 times in one hour! I've contacted support with no answer. My question was the same: if I uninstall and reinstall Pure 2, will I lose one of my 3 user activations? Asked that very question to KL support on 5/3. Still waiting on a simple answer. I'm about ready to uninstall in install a different software....
  9. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times for this very problem. I have gotten no response at all. I'm getting very frustrated with the entire thing. I've had this happen to me as many as 10 times in one hour. It makes browsing the net almost impossible. Apparently having an internet security software that works isn't too important to Kaspersky.

  11. Thank you. I sent a report to the lab on 5/3 and am waiting for help. I still haven't heard anything.
  12. I have used Pure 2 for 2 years now and have had no issues until recently. Within the last 2 months, the program has started crashing - sometimes up to 8 times in an hour. Also, finding that some of the settings are now interfering with internet browsing. All of a sudden after an update, I couldn't access my bank account, PayPal, etc because Kaspersky didn't include my bank's certificate in its list of trusted sites. All https sites were inaccessible. I just purchased another year's worth of protection with Kaspersky Pure 2 and I must say that within the last two months I've had nothing but trouble with it. It's gettting very frustrating and more and more user UNfriendly. When I recently called for help, the tech support was VERY rude and discourteous. He treated me like I was a complete idiot. I may not be extremely tech saavy, but I am no idiot. When my license expires I more than likely will look for a different security software. Kaspersky seems to have become very unstable, unhelpful and unfriendly. (Just my humble opinion)
  13. I just renewed my key for another year of Pure 2. Now, every time I get online, I get a notification that "PURE 3 is available for purchase. Click here to buy." How do I stop the annoying message?
  14. We currently have Pure 2 on our computers. I purchased a boxed version of kaspersky 2 to continue our protection. Today, even though my current license does not expire until 6/30, I got a message saying that my protection, updates, etc have been stopped due to licensing limitations. I went to the main Pure 2 window, entered the new activation code and received an error message (x80000240). The activation code is showing up under "manage activation codes" on my account settings, however, when I enter the activation code through the products renewal option I keep getting the error message above. Any suggestions?
