  1. Posting just to report the same issue and temporay fix at our work. All users on Windows XP with Kaspersky are experiencing slow or no internet access to websites. Happening on both KIS2013 and on KAV Workstations [v (d.f)]. Disabling Web Protection solves the issue for now.
  2. Hi Lucian Bara, Thank you for the info, greatly appreciated. I'll follow the upgrading instructions on these forums for a clean install. http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=67812 I'm a bit disappointed that the software can't automatically update to newer version revisions. I spent some time configuring the application rules and I'm guessing I'll lose those settings. But besides that I'm pretty happy with the software so far.
  3. Hi All, My KIS2013 says it is up to date but I've noticed that it's version (a), whereas the Kaspersky website says is the latest. Should my Kaspersky be automatically updating to (if so, do I need to change any settings to allow it to update?) Or do I have to manually update to If so, is it best to uninstall my current Kaspersky (a) first? Any help is greatly appreciated.
