      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

  3. Hi, Is there a way of removing Kaspersky Internet Security remotely. I am trying to deploy KES 10 remotely using KSC 10 in a new environment and Kaspersky Internet Security is the incompatible software. The task for removing incompatible applications does not include Kaspersky Internet Security.

  6. The machine is not booting up so i am not sure if the policy will then be propagated to the machine. There are other machines who have the policy applied and have been encrypted and are working fine.

  9. Good Day, I have just installed KES10 with Encryption. After the preboot authentication agent runs and authenticates, Windows cannot boot anymore but instead I just see a black screen. Is there a way to roll back the installation to remove the Preboot Authentication or just to get the machine to work?
  10. I am trying to install Kaspersky for Virtualisation. When the installation starts the SVM is installed on the host and it stalls on "Configuring" for a long time until it gives back an error response. I get the install error as follows in the Trace File: is the SVM IP address. it is the one i defined during the wizard configuration. It seems like when the SVM is powered on during configuration, it is impossible to connect to it.   11. I am having a problem when installing Kaspersky for Virtualisation 1.1 in a client's environment. They are running esxi 4.0 I have just installed vShield Manager 4.xx and successfully deployed vShield endpoint to the hosts in the Datacentre. When I try to deploy the KSV ova using the Security Centre wizard, I get through all the steps but I enter the prompt where it requests the vShield Manager credentials. I get the error: "unexpected error: not found" I have looked at the deploy logs on Kaspersky for virtualisation but I do not see any logs. Please advise on how I can resolve the given issues.
