  1. Look at this... It's 2018 and they still didn't fix that... I just installed the KIS 18.0.0.405 (f) and it's still the same thing. ICMP to ipv6 adresses still giving a timeout...
  2. As I mentioned I did that we are four weeks further and we getting nowhere...
  3. I had this issue before with KAV. In the past when I had KAV installed I was not able to ping ipv6 adresses. The fix for me at that moment was to disable KLWFP driver because I was not using KIS features... Anyway two years further I decided to hop from KAV to KIS and I'm just facing the same problems... When KIS is installed I can not ping any IPv6 address? The only way to get it work is to remove KIS completely from my system. I contacted support about this but four weeks later we are getting nowhere... The question is.. While icmp is the first thing you do when you have some network issues .. Why is it blocked by KIS? I mean IPV6 is preferred protocol when configured and enabled on the network. Am I the only one with this issue?
  4. Dear Egor I don't use KIS but only KAV so don't get your anwser about KIS. Anyway look at my screenshoot. I can not ping external IPV6 adresses while KAV is installed. When I uninstall KAV everything is working fine
  5. This problem is still not resolved in the new version. I'm running 16.0.0.614(a) of KAV and still I can not ping external ipv6 adresses When I remove KAV I can reach any ipv6 adresses
  6. Hi, I did all that you asked The ticket number is INC000003517762 Thanks
  7. Yeah it's not about how to disable IPv6. I have dualstack enviroment and having troubles to ping ipv6 hosts Again, when KAV is enabled or in pause mode I'm not able to ping ipv6 addresses. The only option is to remove KAV completelly from my system. KAV removed Pinging star.c10r.facebook.com [2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1: time=15ms Reply from 2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1: time=16ms Reply from 2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1: time=15ms Reply from 2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1: time=17ms Ping statistics for 2a03:2880:f01a:701:face:b00c:0:1: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 17ms, Average = 15ms KAV enabled/disabled Pinging star.c10r.facebook.com [2a03:2880:f006:a01:face:b00c:0:1] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. 8. Don't quite understand why disable IPv6? I should be able to ping ipv6 host whit Kav enabled. Don't understand why KAV is blocking this request
  9. Hi all, Is there a setting that I can change to be able ping IPv6 adresses? When KAV 2015 is enabled/disabled I'm not able to ping IPv6 adresses. The only solution that I found is to remove KAV completely from my Win 8.1
  10. Hi, Thanks for the reply. I don't have the Anti-Banner option in my KAV . Maybe because it's only a anti-virus and not the internet suite.
  11. Hmh, I already try that but no luck. There is no option to export or import the trusterd url list. The version that I'm using is 2011 11.0.0.232 (a)
