  1. The Nvidia drivers automatically reinstalled before I made the logs. I'll contact support, thanks for your assistance.
  2. Disabling Windows Defender and UAC didn't work. No difference if I Run As Administrator. I have attached the log. Will contact Tech Support after you have taken a look at the log in case you find the problem! virusinfo_syscure.zip
  3. Ah you meant where did I download it from. Thought you might have been implying a permissions issue on the folder... http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/downloads/internet-security
  4. The installer was in Downloads. I moved it to the root of a non-OS drive and same problem. I uninstalled ASUS Data Security Manager, rebooted, and same problem
  5. Hi I'm running kis14.0.0.4651en-gb.exe and I get the Open File Security Warning, click OK, hourglass (or whatever it's called these days) for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I uninstalled KIS2013 first. Have tried with all Nvidia drivers uninstalled. Have uninstalled Bonjour. Any ideas? http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...4057b761f18f76f Thanks! Steve
  6. Thanks for your reply Good to know! At least it's only £10 more for the extra PCs so even if I lose 6 months I am still better off. 29.99 for 1 licence 1 PC 39.99 for 1 licence 3 PC
  7. I have two laptops running Kaspersky Internet Security. One license is about to expire, the other has 6 months remaining. If I buy the 3x PCs 1 year deal it's cheaper than 2 1x PC licenses. Can I save a license for 6 months and then use it on the laptop that expires then? Thanks Steve
