    For some reason KSC cannot connect to the Internet. I have to use the update tool to download the file and place it in KSC for update. But I use the LA5 & AL5 solution Update source cannot select a location other than KSC So I will update the file to download the KSC file and update the update source specification. The job will always fail to show that update.xml could not be found but the file is always in the directory. I used the public method to update via http://x.x.x.x :8060\public. Work can be done, but there are errors that many components cannot compile. I found that this tool can only be used to update the client, not to KSC as an update target. 1. What should I do if I am in this situation? 2. Does the KSC updated project depend on the installed plug-in to determine which files are downloaded by the server? Dear Support team, Currently testing KSV-LA-SP2 Installation normal, in WIndows & Ubunto & Centos EICAR test successfully deleted, but Ubunto & Centos a final report no display any information, no data backup area.
