I feel sorry for you. I have been fighting the same issue on a new build for right at a month now.
At the instructions of 3 techs:
I have booted in safe mode and ran scans, created reports and sent them off.
I have uninstalled and re-installed.
I have closed out and re-started.
I have multiple case numbers, because I keep getting replies from different techs.
I once was told about Level 2 techs. I was asked to run a deep scan and report back. I did as instructed and haven't heard a word. That was on Monday.
In all of the emails, I asked if all else fails, can I revert back to KIS and I have been told YES. Tonight, I get another email telling me NO, its been over 6 months (2 year renewal for a 5 PC license), and to contact some other company.
I have a brand new build that I can't use because Pure 2.0 won't work. I have Kaspersky washing their hands of the problem.
