  1. Hi Is it OK to use both of the above web site rating tools at the same time?
  2. URL Advisor working again in IE9 on my PC. I understand it doesn't work in the latest version of Chrome.
  3. Hi Just noticed that KAV URL Advisor is not showing safety icons against search results in IE9. Is anyone else experiencing this on their PC?
  4. Hi I’m currently using KAV 2012 installed from a boxed CD. In an earlier post I was advised to uninstall that version before installing the 2013 version when it becomes available. I was also advised to save only the activation data during the uninstallation process. Do I then insert the CD again and let the setup wizard search for and install the newer version or can I download the 2013 version from the Kaspersky website? Presumably I can skip registration if I already have My Kaspersky Account set up or does the licence number change?
  5. Hi I'm currently using KAV 2012 which I purchased on a disc. When the 2013 version becomes available, do I install it over my existing version?
  6. Hi I see the following event in the Protection Center Detailed Report: Application: RoboForm Taskbar Icon; Object: avp.exe; Event: Denied. It appears just once after each time I start my PC. ReboForm seems to be working OK. What does this mean and is there something I need to do? Full scans show no threats. Thanks.
  7. Hi I recently purchased and installed Kaspersky AV 2012 onto my PC (which I had reformatted and restored to factory default). Every time my VAIO screensaver (Sony preinstalled) starts up, I get a Kaspersky popup saying behaviour similar to PDM.Invader (loader) detected and the screensaver disappears. The detailed report for detected threats lists PDM.Invader (loader) under Legal software that can be used by criminals for damaging your computer or personal data. It’s shown as Inactive. The detailed report for Proactive defense also lists this threat, yet the main application window shows no threats and a full scan reveals no threats. What do I need to do?
