  2. Is there a way to transfer it privately. The log file has information to identify the company so i dont want to share publicy. We use office 365 so cant transfer it via onedrive if you have a email address? Thanks
  3. The malware is quarantined by Kaspersky and longer exist in the location specified. I've attached a screen shot of a a computer that is reporting the disinfection impossible message.   4. The original error was Kaspersky detecting the virus and removing it. Now we're getting disinfection impossible. This is same across all machines that installed java.
  5. Did you have any success with this? We are having the same issue with Kaspersky Windows application reporting that it detects "not-a-virus:WebToolbar.Win32.Asparnet.gen" on about 5-6 workstation after Java was updated? Any ideas? Thanks

  7. Kaspersky displaying a message saying it can not disinfect but doesn't say why or what it cant disinfect. Can anyone give me any pointers please? this is the message that is displayed : Event Disinfection impossible happened on computer <computer name> Thanks
  8. My director's machine is freezing during Kaspersky update. He still has mouse movement but cant open any programs. To resolve the problem, we have to restart the machine it will be fine for a few days. Any idea how to resolve the issue? It seams to be at 99% each time. I've attached a screen capture at the percentage.

Clicked on the email and receive the message again "502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. Please help, our users are not able to log onto the server via VPN (I've just re-read my message and it didnt state VPN, sorry) 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.   12. Hello, Since I installed Kaspersky on our Windows SBS 2008 Server, non of our clients have been able to get a network connection. The handshake and the authentication (credentials are accepted) when connection from a client works fine, However, the client can't access any networked resources on the destination network. The version I've installed is Kaspersky 10.2.1.23 and the only component that's switch on is file antivirus, firewall and network attack blocker is disabled. Please help? Thanks
  13. OK i understand about those 2 machines (they are spares and not switch on until needed). However, there are plenty more user descriptions that do not match up to active directory but show on the security centre as communicated with the network minutes ago (these are machines being used - not spares). We all use windows 7 machines, Kaspersky version 10 and network agent 10. What do you think is the problem with these machines? Thanks
  14. This screen shot shows just one entry, there are lots more like this. I want to be able to view descriptions as we use the persons name next the computer name, it helps understand from a glance which machine is having a problem. Thanks
  15. Computer description in kaspersky does not mach Active directory. How can i get kaspersky to update from Active directory? We're using version 10 Thanks

  17. I have an unknown user account named "KlScSvc5412A43D23844". Can anyone tell me what this is as I haven't created it? I've checked its active directory properties and it is part of the "KLAdmins" group and last logged in on the 11/10/2013 09:34:26 so its been used recently. Thanks
  18. Yes that's what I was looking for :-) but I'm still not receivng the report, can i get the report sent straight through rather than on a schedule?
  19. Email notification on the web control component for Kaspersky 10 is not working. Where and how do i configure this? I orignally set this up in version 8 to let users information me of any blocked web pages they want to access so i could unblock the safe webpages. Thanks
