I found Roboforms will import the CSV truekey creates (no other password managers support Truekey import) and once your data is in Roboforms, it can be imported to more mainstream packages. This meant I could get my Truekey data across to Sticky without too much fuss.
  2. I have the same issue. I reported it to Technical Support and at first they tried to tell me that KPM extension was not supported by Edge. I was finally able to convince them that it was supported. The last status I received for an actual fix for the problem was "Unfortunately, we do not have the specific time and date on when but we will keep you posted and let you know once we have the information from our developers." The work around that I use is to close the Edge browser and open it again. Assuming the vault is already unlocked the green KPM extension icon is displayed and the KPM extension works as desired. If the vault is still locked, I select the grey/black KPM extension icon and then enter the password to enable the KPM extension.
  3. Thanks Jimmybell. I was able to download KTS 19. Here is some additional information. I followed the link in the original topic Knowledge Base Product Kaspersky Total Security is here: https://support.kaspersky.com/kts19#kb This gave me the following screen. The Download button on the above page links to KTS 18 not KTS 19 just as Jimmybell reported. I then selected the Download & info option from the left panel. The following screen was presented. The Download 2.5 MB button on this screen does download KTS 19. This is the page Jimmybell referred to. I successfully downloaded and installed KTS 19.
  4. I noticed at the top of this topic forum, it says that Kaspersky Total Security (build 19.0.0.1088) is available. I followed all the possible links I could find including the ones in the top of this forum and they all led me to the download of files with the name kts18.0.0.405aben_es_fr_13119. Where can I find a download that actually says it is for 19.0.0.1088? I tried My Kaspersky and it downloads the same file.

    carl750, I get the same thing but only occasionally. If you enter your password in the big screen, it unlocks your password vault and opens KPM. If you enter your password in the smaller one, it just unlocks your password vault. I just use the smaller one. Sometimes I close the bigger one first but it doesn't seem to matter. I have not been able to figure out why the bigger window is opened, but if I had to guess I would say it is some sort of timing issue but have no idea what is happening behind the scenes. I am at KPM 9.0.1.447.

I opened a trouble ticket with Kaspersky support to see if they would try to fix the problem with KPM Extension in Edge not being enabled the first time I start Microsoft Edge even if the vault is unlocked. Support told me that KPM is not supported in Microsoft Edge. I sent them a link to the page were the extension is available. Hopefully they will figure out if KPM Extension is actually supported in Edge or not.   7. I had/have the same problem with the KPM extension in Microsoft Edge as well but I got around it by closing and restarting Microsoft Edge. Currently the Key is not green but it is working filling in usernames and passwords. You may want to try that. The extension still has the bug that needs to be fixed.
  8. I believe the Microsoft Edge extension relatively new and probably needs some work but it is functioning relatively OK. If my vault is locked, I have to unlock the vault using the KPM icon in the system try and then I have to close and restart Microsoft Edge to get the Key symbol in in the upper right portion of the screen to turn green so it will autofill again.
  9. I was able to install the KPM Extension in the Microsoft Edge browser. It seems to be working OK. This seems to me like a recent addition. At least it was for me. Maybe I was just behind the times. I happened to check KPM settings and clicked on Browsers and saw the entry for Microsoft Edge.
  10. I started having some problems with KPM crashing when I tried to unlock my password vault. I noticed in another topic there was a new release, 9.0.1.447 / 1525726256_5001. I logged on to My Kaspersky and downloaded and installed this new release. So far this new release looks OK and I have not had any crashes.
  11. carloduncan47 If you are having problems with KPM install, see the post in this thread above by methe2018. Several people have reported the regedit fixed the problem to allow for the KPM installation to complete successfully. KPM has been working fine for me ever since.
  12. I hope you were able to solve your problem.  If not, please refer to Methe2018's workaround.  After "working" with support for two days, this workaround solved my problem in a matter of minutes.

      Thanks melissaj. I was able to use the methe2018 workaround. I tried it right after he posted to the Kaspersky Password Manager v.9.0.0.944 installation problem thread. KPM was installed successfully. It looks like a few others were successful as well.

  13. Thanks Wayne, I had already uninstalled KPM so I just used REGEDIT to remove all the old password manager entries from the KasperskyLab Folder in \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KasperskyLab\. There was a folder for Kaspersky Password Manger as well as an older one for Password Manager. After finishing REGEDIT, I rebooted just to be sure and then I was able to install the new KPM successfully.
  14. I have been working with Tech Support and providing them information on my ticket INC000008973265. I will update with any solution. You may want to open a ticket as well so they can get an idea of how many people are impacted.
