  1. I was able to login successfully today, I did need to submit request for forgotten password.. Once I had gotten new password, I was able to successfully login and change my password. Thanks again!

  3. Yes, this is the same error which occurs when using know password & temporary password which is emailed when requesting forgotten password assistance. We also confirmed these requirements as well, still no access. CompanyAccount supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10, Mozilla Firefox versions 3.6 to 12. To work with CompanyAccount, it is also necessary to install the following plug-ins: Adobe Flash (version 10 or higher) Java 6 and 7 (you can download the latest version here) Please note that CompanyAccount works in Internet Explorer 10 in compatibility mode only. To enable this mode for CompanyAccount: Press Alt to show the menu bar. Go to Tools > Compatibility View settings. Enter https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com in the Add this website field and click Add.
  4. Is anyone having trouble getting logged into Kaspersky CompanyAccount for users of business products? We cannot get logged today and when requesting forgotten password option user receive temporary password which also fails.
  5. We are seeing the same problem after a recent upgrade to KES10 Maintenance Release 1. However the date is more than 1 day difference, in some cases it is as much as 1 week. We have also confirmed the actual release date in Kaspersky UI is correct. Will this patch be made available any time soon?
  6. We are seeing the same issue. Clients have received all updates, yet still show "C:\ Windows\ System32\ en-US\ Licenses\ OEM\ StarterN\ license.rtf" as detected object Exploit.MSWord.Agent.dj. Has anyone made any progress with this?
