  2. As additional from the post above, Are you talking about the Add-ons or you want to make your firefox as the default when you pull-up Safemoney, protection browser. etc. I also recommend google chrome because it is much for faster than those two. Kind regards.

  4. I also got the same issue here, yesterday I recently tried to download a Kaspersky free on my computer and as I check it works only on the google chrome extensions but not on firefox. Maybe the reason is google chrome is my default browser? or It will only work on one browser itself? When I manage to install it, It pull up my google browser automatically and ask if I will add this file on my extension. Kind regards.

  7. I recently download the file but some of the features like Safemoney, Privacy protection, Parental control and Protection for all devices are disabled because they are available in KIS Total security, you can double check my screenshot that I provided.
  8. I see , by the way is the email address that is associated on your my.kaspersky.com is the same as your email address that are receiving alerts? It might be a misalignment on the devices that you are currently using. Did you also try to remove the child on the my.kaspersky.com and add it again on the connected devices? Kind regards.
  9. First of all can you double check if the device control is still enabled when you managed to update it on the latest version? The component Icon must be green. Please try to take a look on device types tab it will also show on the device control. The screenshot that I provide is the latest for KES 10, double check if the screenshot GUI is the same. Unfortunately if you are using a Windows 10, There is no option to double check the library regarding about pending updates to be installed and it shows only the update history itself. Also, There is a possibility that the vulnerability scan works on the background and besides Kaspersky, do you have any software utilities that are working on the background or any other security applications?
