  1. I too am experiencing this same problem. When I uninstall Kaspersky and reinstall it, the apps work fine for a while, but eventually stop working. The apps I am talking about are the built in windows 10 apps, like mail, news, money, store...
  2. KSC in never reporting computers out of date. KSC thinks they are up to date when they are not.
  3. KES shows the correct date, but it is not showing the correct date in Security Center. When it is out of date on the client, Security Center says that it is up to date, so it never reports it as out of date.
  4. I am also having this problem. The database date reported by Security Center is 8/21/1977. The database date reported by KES 10.0.0.327 on the Macs is current. I am running KSC 10.2.575 with patch D, and the network client version on the Macs is 10.1.0.16. KES version on the Macs is 10.0.0.327
  5. I am running Kaspersky Security Center 10.2.434 and when a clients definitions stop updating, KSC continues to report that they are up to date. Rebooting the computer usually fixes the update problem on the client, but I am only finding out about the out of date definitions through a third party application. And that is only after they are a week or more out of date. And NO, I currently don't have any that are out of date to my knowledge, so I cannot give you any examples. But I have been having this problem for a while. I think since I updated to latest version of KSC.
  6. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Kaspersky. I have also updated to the latest definitions, and so far everything is working as it should.
  7. In order for it to work, Under Endpoint Control, I have to disable Web Control, and under Anti-Virus protection I have to disable Mail Anti-Virus, Web Anti-Virus, and IM Anti-Virus. All 4 of those have to be disabled at the same time for the Microsoft Store app to work. If I enable any one of those, the store app quits working. This only happens on my computer. I have another windows 10 computer with the same Anti-Virus software being controlled by the same policy and I have no problem running the store app on it.
  8. When I try to run Microsoft store, I get a "check your connection/ All fixed?" error message. When I pause Kaspersky protection and run Microsoft Store, it works fine. I have a similar problem running the Money app or the My News app. They say "Service is currently not available. Please try later". Both work fine when I disable Kaspersky. One other thing, I use Ninitepro to keep applications updated on my network and I get a connection error message when I try and use it when Kaspersky is enabled, and I have added the application to the trusted app list and the no scan list. Still not working. I am running the Beta Version: 10.2.4.509
  9. I am running the Beta Version: 10.2.4.509 with Windows 10 Operating system.

  11. There are no log files. I had cleaned out the temp directory previously. Thanks for trying to work with me. I am just going to wipe the hard drive and start over.
