  1. I have downloaded both updates for both 32bit and 64bit OS. Then when I will update KIS with the updates folder, will it automatically selects the 32bit or 64bit updates depending upon the OS it runs on or will it install all the updates irrespective of the architecture?
  2. Sorry! for double posting but it was beta testing and this is the commercial section so found more convenient to ask in the supported section.
  3. What is the initial download size of updates for KIS 2013 through the update utility? I have downloaded 250 MB till now.
  4. Please specify the reason for removing the unique feature of saving updates locally. I know "Kaspersky Update utility" exists but then the updates will not be automatic and quick. Can anyone tell now how can I update the KIS and at the same time save them on my hard disk. I want to save the updates because the Update Manager in kaspersky is very slow runs with 20-30 KB/sec on my 2 Mbps Broadband connection and since I am a technical person I have to format my system any time and thereby update the application.
  5. If I look at the Resource Monitor, then there are two avp.exe processes running on startup and one is taking 220MB and another one 32MB. After updating or scanning, it rises and comes back to 233MB and 42MB.
  6. What is the normal Memory Usage of KIS 2012 if it is not updating and not doing any kind of web or system scan?
  7. I am not saying any lag in the system but high usage of resources. Why have you merged my topic here. edit: del big unnecessary pic quote.
  8. Here is the screenshot showing around 190 MB of memory usage which increases to around 350 or more MB on updating virus signatures. Here is the GSI Report: http://www.getsysteminfo.com/read.php?file...8a21ac2a23c30ac I had clean installed KIS 2012. I know that 512MB is low for KIS but should KIS take such high memory values. I had disabled idle scan and rootkit scan.
  9. How can I found after running my required applications how much RAM is available thereafter?
  10. Here's my system report: Sys Report Why 512 MB is low? I have used Mcafee, Quick Heal and Eset 4 without any lag. I was using Eset 4 till tomorrow. I am using KIS 2012 today to test it.
  11. Whenever I right click on system tray icon or open the main window, it takes time to appear. It must appear instantly on clicking as it is considered to be a normal behavior for any program. System Specs: Windows XP SP3 3GHz 512 MB RAM
