  1. I updated Kaspersky database manually and tried false alert giving web site two times successively today afternoon (10.07.2018), no alert any more . It seems OK.
  2. I received an e mail from Kaspersky Lab Technical Support half an hour ago. It says that site is being analyzed by Kaspersky Virus specialists.
  3. I had same problem today. Everytime i tried to open my bank account today KIS says: "Dangerous URL blocked". I wrote a letter to KIS team no answer yet.
  4. Hello, I am using a registered version of Kaspersky Internet Ssecurity 2011 I use Microsoft Outlook of Microsoft Office 2007 as email program which works fine. I do not use Outlook Express. My operating system is Windows 7 64 bit. Below given report is taken from Event Viewer of Windows 7 64 bit which is caused by two KIS 2011 files, namely kloehk.dll and sbhook64.dll. I get this report when everytime I start computer. Every effort has been made to find a solution, including scanning of Kaspersky forums and knowledge database. Although I am not using Outlook Express as email program, Outlook Express plugins of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 are loaded automatically. I have unregistered Kloehk.dll with regsvr32 of 64 bit but nothing has changed. Any solution and help will be appreciated.
