  1. I can confirm the same happened to me as well. I disabled web protection and it worked again. Hoping for a new update that resolves this soon.
  2. No, I was told by Kaspersky support that it was a known issue and an update was being released around dec 15th for it.
  3. The newest update 'a' requires a restart and the machines needing to be restarted are not showing up with the "Computer status description="Reboot is required". Is there a setting somewhere that might control this?
  4. I was able to find a solution and it was to exclude c:\Backup Exec AOFO Store. The realtime scanner was scanning the volume snapshots being created during the backup process. Thank you both for the suggestions.
  5. Does anyway know how to exclude the path below from real-time scans? I have tried the path as it shows when detected and all .vsp files per Kaspersky support but files still get detected. Our mail server security software puts the eicar test file in the path to make sure that no virus engines are effecting the processing of mail since it has it own detection methods. \ Device\ VSPSnapshot0\ Program Files\ Marshal\ MailMarshal Exchange\ MMEExp\ avcheck\ eicar.com \ Device\ VSPSnapshot0\ Program Files\ Marshal\ MailMarshal\ Unpacking\ avcheck\ eicar.com
