  1. The Mail filtering gives you the option to automatically rename .exe files in attachments...which mailscan wont do..that is why i need that function. KIS 2013 has the Email attachment filter option KIS 2014 does not have the attachment filter option...makes Kis2014 dangerous if someone emails you "lotto-prize.pdf.exe"
  2. . Does Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 have a SETTINGS option under Mail Scan ? Where do i find : Mail Settings ? ...and where is the "Attachment Filtering" option gone to ? Does anybody have Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 installed ? Can you find the SETTINGS tab for Mail Protection ? .....??
  3. . Where is the option on KIS2014 for Email Attachment filtering ..? It worked wonders on KIS2013... I dont find it....or is it gone for good..? .
  4. I want to block all websites : *.* I want to allow only certain websites: www.cars.com Where is the proof that Security Center 9 can do this with WebControl ? ----- Why can i do this using Adminkit 8 and Anti-Banner under Anti-Spy using Whitelist and Blacklist and all is working fine.... Tech Support gives an example_policy.klp file that they claim works but still allow workstations to open any website including www.google.com. Please look into this as i am begging Kaspersky now for 3 months without resolving this issue.
  5. . Does anybody here block all websites and only allow certain ones using Sec Center 9 ? If you do ...please post your exported policy so we can see what the policy should look like...we tried all different combinations of the rules ...no luck
  6. . Can anyone tell me if Kaspersky fixed "Web Control" yet ? .
  7. ..the same here ... Here's my post about web control.... "We have the following installed on some of our corporate sites that we administrate. Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server 9.2.69 Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 For Windows 8.1.0.831 Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent 9.2.69 I am unable to setup an "access rule" under "Web Control" that will allow certain websites "whitelist" and deny all other websites "blacklist". (Which worked perfect under the old Administration kit "Anti-Spy" and "Anti-Banner" control.) for example: If i want to BLOCK all websites (*.* ) and only allow certain websites ie. (www.cars.com) What should the Policy look like under Web Control ? I have the following setup and did try numerous different configurations of the rules but can't get the policy to allow and block when i Select "Filter Content: by Content categories: Banners" I have specified for Allowing Websites: Name: Allow Whitelist Filter Content: by Content categories Content categories: Banners Apply to addresses: To Individual addresses To Individual addresses: >www.cars.com Specify Users and Groups : Everyone Action: Allow Rule Schedule: Always Status: ON I have specified for Blocking Websites: Name: Block Blacklist Filter Content: by Content categories Content categories: Banners Apply to addresses: To Individual addresses To Individual addresses: *.* Specify Users and Groups : Everyone Action: Block Rule Schedule: Always Status: ON Is there another way of specifying the correct rules for allowing certain websites and denying all other websites ? If i use the Filter Content :" Any DATA " the rules work (blocking all websites except those in the "allow list" but email programs (outlook, winmail) and any other programs that needs web access "skype etc" does not work. Can anyone of the Support Team please let me know as we have about 7 corporate sites that is currently due for upgrade to Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server 9 And whom is using the "Anti-Spy and Anti-Banner" and "Whitelist" "Blacklist" policy on the Business Space Adminkit 8 ...that works fine. Thank you so much for your support" ....any luck anybody ?
