  1. or maybe better the newest version 4.0.1 : http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/down...〈=en-US Its your choice
  2. and Also for Update Problem : Check system date/time correct, then Settings > Update > Update source > Proxy server > uncheck proxy server > ok>ok>ok. If still no go, attach the update report. Upper right of Kaspersky window, Reports > lower right > Detailed report, lower left > My Update center, then lower left > Save, save it somewhere and attach it to your next post. If the file is too large to upload, then zip it (right click, send to > compressed zipped folder) and upload the zip. Please post your GetSystemInfo report link, instructions are located in link i wrote in last post Also adding websites to exlusion is dangerous ,because if they get infected , you get infected too , so better remove them from Trusted URLs If you have Parental Control Enabled , try to disable and see if they open Regards
  3. See the First Important Read me Topic , > http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=84003 and wait for a Moderator for further assistance .
  4. Both are working here without problems ... What version of Kaspersky you have ? Also you can add them to Trusted URL-s >Open Kaspersky >Settings>Web Anitivrus>Settings>Trusted URLs Click Add , Write the Url >Ok >Ok See if this work (If you are using 2011 version)
  5. "Do not delete suspicious objects" When this is checked Kaspersky will not delete SUSPICIOUS files , but of course will remove trojans etc . If you want to control everything by yourself , Uncheck "Select action automatically" Regards
  6. This is happening to me too , in "Detected threats" >All , trojans detected appear only for 1 second and then immediatly they disappear , KIS (a) I think this happend yesterday when after a update kaspersky required a reboot
  7. I send the file :crack.exe to the lab I hope they gonna add the detection soon. EDIT:And the answer like always : The file is in process.
  8. Its look like Kaspersky detect it : Trojan-Ransom.Win32.VB.ca, so dont be worry kaspersky will protect you . PS: Do a full scan of your computer for surely.
