  5. Hello: We just experienced a situation where all of our Windows XP machines have lost the ability to access our company IntRAnet, but can still get to the IntERnet. Our Win 7 machines do not seem to be affected. Please help! KAV for Workstations v 6.0.4.1212
  6. We have a main office and several branch offices. The master Admin Server is in the main office. Each branch office has a slave Admin Server that is also a Domain Controller/DHCP Server on our LAN/WAN. Each branch office also has it's own subnet. Laptops and desktops will often be deployed from on office to another. Is there a way through Network Agent policy, or some other mechanism, to have a machine (laptop and/or desktop) automatically receive it's updates from the local master or slave server depending on which office it is in? For example, let's say I have a desktop in the main office that is currently receiving its updates from the master Admin Server. I later re-deploy that machine to one of the branch offices and would like for that machine to now receive its updates from the local slave Admin Server in that office. Is this possible? I appreciate any assistance. Thanks, Kenny

  8. Hello Everyone: We are running Kaspersky Admin Kit v8.0.2048 (update a) and KAV 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP4 v6.0.4.1212 (update a). All workstation settings are controlled via a policy from the Administration Server. One of the users received a reservation confirmation email from American Airlines in HTML format. The email contains a "Purchase" button that, when clicked, should take the user to the American Airlines website and execute a java script. However, on a machine with KAV installed, the button does not work. Mousing over the button shows a message (like a tool-tip window) that says: "blocked::www.aa.com/reservation/emailholdconfirmation.do?...", continuing with user specific information. On a machine that does not have KAV installed this button works as designed. We have not deployed the Outlook plug-in, and are scanning only incoming mail -- we host our on MS Exchange Server. I have completely disabled Mail Anti-Virus via policy, but the button is still "blocked". Any ideas/help on how I can fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kenny
