  2. Hi to Everyone. I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.2.1.23) - (Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Maintenance Release 1 for Windows) installed in our company. Are we protected against Ransomware with this version of Endpoint Security ?. or must I install Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool for Business also on the machines Your help and feedback is much appreciated.   5. Thanks to everyone at Kaspersky Support. Our problem is resolved ! After deleting / cleaning up the updates repository, We connected the server to a 100MB Fibre link and the updates went thru successfully :bravo:

It starts to download like you can see in the Events exported, but keeps on stopping at 83%, which shows me it can reach your update servers If you send me a list of the URL's of your update servers, I will put it in the White List of the Firewall to make sure it does not get filtered / scanned or anything It all worked fine for years, and the trouble started at 2016/08/22. That was the last successful update from your servers Is there maybe a Temp or Bases directory on the repository I can delete start a fresh Download of the updates ? Maybe that can help Regards Francois

  10. Hi Konstantin Please find the 2 files The GetSystem Info Utility was run with settings set to Maximum. Hi to All My Updates fail to Kaspersky Security Center 10 Administration Server The following error occur everytime the update reached 100% Event name Completed Severity: Functional failure Application: Kaspersky Security Center 10 Administration Server Version number: 10.3.407 Task name: Download updates to repository Computer: Administration Server Group: Managed computers Time: 2016/09/08 10:39:37 Virtual Server name: Description: Update task complete. Download error It downloads to 100 % but then the error appears that there was a download error. Please if you can please assist, is there a temp folder that I can clean or delete so the signatures / bases can download from start ? Is there maybe a file I must delete ?
