  2. Just noticed in KSC 10, current application versions, that KES 11.1 and KSC 11 were released on the 11 March. But I can't find any details on the website. Is KSC correct? and the website hasn't been updated?
  3. In the past 24 hours, we've had several users mention they are getting popups from KES 10 that there virus protection is out of date. Looking at the client, it says it last updated on the 28th April, and that Databases are out of date. When we try updating, it fails to download the update on the client. Also on my KES 11, it says the database it up to date, but the release date is 28th April. A colleague who also has KES 11, updates say 3rd May. On the server, it was also failing to update. I've rebooted, and for the past hour it's been trying to update. I've attached a screenshot of the progress so far. It's currently at 60%. Is there a problem with the Kaspersky update servers, or with my KSC server? Adrian

  5. Downloaded from link above (http://aes.kaspersky-labs.com/english/endpoints/kes10windows/). Imported into Security Center, and says SP1 MR2, but version Installed on test machine, and says SP1 MR2, version (mr3) So might not be final. Adrian
  6. Investigating a bit more, I found under Application Management > Kaspersky Lab licenses, that it lists how many are being used, and that number is different than the report. It said we are using all 270 licences, even though the license report says 239. Seems that this number also includes computers in the Unassigned devices section, as well at the the ones in Managed Computers. I've removed old machines from Unassigned Devices, and the number dropped to 239, the same as the license report. I've checked one machine with the issue, and it's now working. I'll check others and report back. It's very strange that the license report is different from the numbers in Kaspersky Lab licenses, I'd guess this is a bug. Adrian

  8. Not yet, still having issues with other machines with the same problem. Did the trace files give any clues on what's happening? as this was working fine until very recently.
  9. Yes KES is activated. And is still this morning. I'm trying the same on other machines with the same issue.
  10. After removal, and installation, the same thing happened for about 5 minutes, when trying to push the key. About 10 minutes later, without pushing, it picked up the license and has kept it for about 10 minutes. When first installed, we got this message saying the subscription had expired. Our installer includes the key, which expires in December. If it keeps the licence overnight, I'm happy to say this is fixed. Adrian
  11. Nope, It did the same, accepted the key, then after a few minutes, it removed it. I tried this again while the trace was running.

  13. KSC 10.2.434 KES Net Agent 10.2.434 Key is in repository, and has been for 6 months, Running add key task does the same, adds it, then removes it after a few minutes. This setup has been working fine for many months.
