  1. KSC server is seeing private IP instead of NAT internet IP.
  2. It looks as though the server sees the client and client to the server
  3. Network Agent is set to use Connection Gateway which is in DMZ with Network Agent to act as Update Agent. KSC sees internet address of remote machine and Connection IP address of DMZ server.
  4. I am interested in this question as well as we are attempting to achieve the same result. We want to have same management of functionality of Remote PC as onsite through KSC console. (Policy updates, RDP through KSC Console, task management of workstation) I can see remote IP, address of Connection Gateway in statistics of KSC for test machine. We were told that at least RDP would work by Kaspersky consultant. KSC 10.3.407 KNA 10.3.407 KES 10.2.4.674
  5. Hi Nikolay, I was able to resolve by uninstalling and reinstalling Security Center Components 3.4.0.201 Thanks,
  6. I was successful as I upgraded remote console first however management of Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 3.4.44.7179 is not working even after install of plugin.
  7. Thank you Nikolay, My main concern is for Light Agent connection to Security Center. All VM's will still show as "Connected" in Security Center console even if they have Network Agent 10.2.434 after upgrade of Security Center correct?
  8. In our environment we are running the following KL Products Kaspersky Security Center 10.2.434d Network Agent 10.2.434d Kaspersky Security for Windows Server 10.0.0.486 Network Agent version: 10.2.434 Anti-virus version: 10.0.0.486 Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10.2.434d Network Agent version: 10.2.434 Anti-virus version: 10.2.4.674 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Agentless 3.1.0.77a Network Agent version: 10.1.0.64 Anti-virus version: 3.1.0.77 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 3.0 Light Agent 3.2.99.5024 Network Agent version: 10.1.0.53 Anti-virus version: 3.2.99.5024 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Light Agent 3.4.44.7179 Network Agent version: 10.1.0.87 Anti-virus version: 3.4.44.7179 In attempting to upgrade from Security Center 10.2.434d to Security Center 10.3.407 will devices running older version of Agents still be accessible through the console and apply older Network Agent Policies: 1.) Is connection to devices running older 10.2.434d Network Agent be lost? 2.) Agent of Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Protection Server and/or Agentless different from current? 3.) Agent of Kaspersky Security for Virtualization Protection Server and/or Light Agent different from current?
  9. I was able to delete the updates from KSC and I am in the process of downloading the updates to the repository. The
  10. Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.2.2.10535) Kaspersky Security Center (10.2.434) is reporting the client with all green ticks and the Database Version 08/04/2015 10:07:21. Windows 7 Action Center is also reporting the same issue as the KES client, "Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows reports that it is out of date" I have not tried to delete the updates on Security Center. We have attempted to : 1.) Restart All Kaspersky Services 2. ) Uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.2.2.10535) on the clients How would I proceed to delete updates on the Security Center Server
  11. We are experiencing this issue on a few workstations. Stopping and restarting the services does not fix the issue running same version of KES
  12. We are experiencing the same issue in rollout of KES 10.2.1.23 with database in the package being updated during installation. Is there any update to this as to when a fix is expected?
  13. I was trying to locate compatibility of the new version released 1-28-2014 on Play Store for Android 4.4. Listing says Android 2.3 and Up. I attempted the installation with the same resulting error -24.
  14. Yes but I was referring to (https://center.kaspersky.com/MyDevices) which it was initially introduced was also called Security Center but is now called Protection Center. I too that that was confusing as I use Kaspersky Security Center at work.
  15. That's what I figured although it seemed to be running on the device but was not connecting to Security Center.
  16. My smartphone was recently updated OTA to Android 4.4. After the update I noticed that the device is no longer connected to Kaspersky Security Center (https://center.kaspersky.com/MyDevices). I have since removed the device from Kaspersky Security Center and uninstalled Kaspersky Internet Security for Android 11.1.5.101 from the device. In trying to reinstall kms_MP7_11.1.5.101en_US on my phone, I receive the error "Unknown error code during application install: "-24""
  17. Norton usually releases their new Firefox compatibility updates the same night of each new Firefox browser release. The only incompatible add-ons with every Firefox upgrade seem to be the AV vendor add-ons for the most part. This same question gets posted with every new Firefox release and for the most part the answers here have always have been the same.
  18. I have to agree with you Don. I will say this, I use KIS on my main PC's, and another IS product on some others. On the others a patch for new versions of FF are released the same night as the FF release. Not so with KIS, and the only incompatible add-ons with every upgrade seem to be the KIS add-ons for the most part. This same question gets posted with every new FF release and for the most part the answers have always have been the same.
  19. Strange because at least for KIS it says patch I was released on 4/8 edit: del link to Beta Testing topic.
  20. Did you try the suggestion here? http://forum.kaspersky.com/lofiversion/ind...hp/t151558.html
  21. In the Firewall Settings -> Configure rules for network packets and data streams -> Remote Desktop network active -> Change to allow Local Area Networks access.
  22. Yeah, I have noticed that, but that was what the suggestion was when I contacted support. "Other" still seems very broad to me as Rogue programs are a more specific type of threat.
  23. Possibly a Sophos file system driver still in the registry. Manually look to see if any Sophos drivers still exist.
  24. Maybe this should be entered as a feature request to add rogue programs as a seperate catagory? Other seems very broad. I noticed an instance on a PC that looked like KIS 2009 but was a fake antivirus.
