Interestingly enough I had the exact same problem, contacted Kaspersky (who responded quickly) but after a few email exchanges ("reinstall", "send us the logs", etc) I received the following: "Our developers have re-opened the bug, but they can only say they don't think it will be fixed soon as your is the only incidence of it so consequentially it will have a lower priority." Oh well... back to KIS2011.
  2. In the last twenty four hours, the same problem now occurs on all of three computers that run Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. KIS 2010 says everything is fine; Windows Security Centre says that the firewall is off and that there is no antivirus software running. T3 Edited to add: Restarting KIS and/or restarting the Windows Security Centre Service did not fix the problem.
