  1. Kaspersky Security Center AO Kaspersky Lab Version: 10.5.1781
  2. INC000010105981 is the request I have already created for this issue. Thanks
  3. We recently approved a patch that upgrades Kasp from 11.0.06499 to 11.0.1.90. We are now having major issues with one of our systems and I need to roll everyone back to 11.0.06499, but I need to stop the upgrade happening. I can't see where I do this in Kaspersky Security Centre. Any help appreciated.
  4. Is there a fix for this? It has just taken out our Finance Department's ability to operate.
  5. Did you get Direct Access working? We have just gone to 11.0.1.90 and we are seeing the same issues. Was there a fix
  6. Here is the link to the file. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dBdB_0RSKKtDqAozJR_UK-8Au1X8lJvx?usp=sharing Note that this was taken after. - Installing 11.0.06499 - installing patch 5101 - Running the installation of 11.0.1.90 (which reported success) - But the computer is still showing as 11.0.06499 Patch 5101
  7. Sorry I think I have found it. Ignoring the task (which was where I was looking), in Policies > General Settings > Exclusions > Scan exclusions and trusted zones - I added the following entries into Scan exclusions:- G:\ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\DriveFS\
  8. Hi all. I am trying to push out 11.0.1.90 and I can not get it to work. It reports that the install worked, but it still shows the older version is installed. It is reporting the following issue:- "Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows (Lite encryption) (11.0.1.90): Installation completed successfully. (Error 27351. Patch cannot be installed over another Private Fix 5101 patch. Remove the private patch and restart patch installation.) Waiting for application initialization." The issue is that patch 5101 is intalled on just about all of our computers. Is there a way of building in the uninstall of the old version into the deployed package? Thanks
  9. Our school is seeing very large internet downloads that coincide with a Kaspersky tasked Virus Scan. We are using Kaspersky 11.0.06499 on a variety of Windows 10 computers The issue is that when Kaspersky 11.0.06499 is completing a scheduled scan of the computer, it is causing the files to get downloaded. And this is a lot of files. In looking at the scheduled task > Properties > Scan Scope > Settings, I currently have the following items selected:- - Kernel Memory - Running processes and Startup Objects - Disk boot sectors - All removable drives - All hard drives We do not want to mark these areas as “Trusted” as they are not. But we do need to stop the scheduled scan. Is there a recommended way of dealing with Google Drive File Stream? Thanks
  10. Thanks. I have made a profile at companyaccount.kaspersky.com and requested access to that patch.
  11. I believe Application Control is turned off for all out laptops, in that it is not ticked and the policy is locked. What method of tracing do you need me to use?

  13. Those files are now being uploaded to the same folder in the link above
  14. It's too big to upload https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-Pl0RZpFhLDUjlzV1ACZXL4_rEBzq--F/view?usp=sharing
