  3. Do you have any synchronization ( certificate ) issues with those hosts not present in the report? Do you see their status to be reported as green through the MMC console?

  8. Is the option [ Automatically restart ] option disabled? This will allow to trigger complete memory dump creation.
  9. Do you get any increase in speed after changing security level settings of Web-AV? Does disabling heuristics analysis of Web-AV affect the issue?
