  1. Just to add comment. You need to contact KL support - they will provide you with dll files. I do not know is it allowed to share it ? I have it on my download site.

  9. Hi, there is solution. You need to contact KL support on support@kaspersky.com or for your specific region. For mine is support-eemea@kaspersky.com Also, you need to provide proof of ownership of the phone. regards
