  3. Hi, I had problem at KSC 10.3.407 when i install the KSC at windows server 2008 R2 i get the message of System error 0x421 I had send message to KL CentralSupport Please help me to check what's problem at my server.

  5. I got the message. Volume ID of the volume '\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy13' is already in use. iSwift and Section Verdict Cache will not apply to this volume. What's wrong.
  6. The rule had try it. But still didn't work. So i try install KES10 SP1 MR3. KES SP1 MR3 can be install and work. You mean export certificate from KES10 SP1 MR3 computer to import problem computer ? At the same computer can install and work of KES10 SP1 MR3, then remove KES10 SP1 MR3 to reinstall KES10 SP1 MR2 didn't work.
