  1. It seems to work fine for me with compatibility checking disabled. You can play with About:Config or use this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ad...kcompatibility/
  2. Even if you have the latest version, if you still have trouble or don't have the plug-in, please download and reinstall.
  3. Technical Support would most likely require a Complete Memory Dump of your system should it happen again.
  4. Try to remove Hotspot Shield 2.02 and reboot. If that works, you might be able to reinstall Hotspot Shield 2.02 and add it to Trusted Application Exclusions with Do Not Monitor Network Traffic enabled.
  5. Changing the priority to a higher level won't provide additional protection. If you are worried about performance, try changing the Settings for Compatibility to enable "Concede resources to other applications."
  6. All 5 of the Kaspersky drivers for 2011 are installed, so maybe this is due to: 1) Previous version of Kaspersky? Was it removed/rebooted before installing 2011? 2) Unknown network adapter in Device Manager? Good luck in Iran with all that.
  7. The 960MB is your RAM, so you have a decent amount. I'd suggest staying with 2010 for now, renew and put in the new code, then get 2012 whenever that comes out (since it is a free upgrade with a valid license).
  8. I believe the Barclays ones are subscription-types. So if you leave them, they can cancel the Kaspersky you have.
  9. You have thousands of errors in your Event Log for the Apple Bonjour Service. Is updating faster in Safe Mode with Networking?
  10. If there are no other Kaspersky products installed, then go into your registry and remove these folders: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab *** Do this at your own risk. If you're not comfortable making a System Restore Point and then trying it, don't! ***
  11. "The MagicTuneEngine service terminated unexpectedly" appears a bunch of times as well as CD ROM drive errors. Is the MagicTune software listed as Trusted in your Application Control?
  12. I'm not sure what Dcc32.exe SpeedFix is, but it seems to be replacing many of Windows security with its own files. And you don't have any Service Packs for Vista, so most likely your issues are due to using a possibly illegal version of Vista.
  13. Can you zip and upload the Install log to here or a free file-sharing service? Also, a GSI link would be helpful.
