Firstly here's my system info and link to file as requested in how to post section:
OS: Windows Vista SP1 (all updates installed)
Processor: Q9300 Core2 Quad @2.5
Memory: 4 GB 800 DDR-2 ram
HD: 500 GB Sata drive
Video Card: 2xGeforce 8800 GT (SLI)
Kaspersky version: 2009 8.0.0.454 (all updates installed)
Log link: http://gsi.kaspersky.fr/lire.php?hl=en&...8149f00193e31a7
My problem:
I just installed Kaspersky 2009 two days ago, and ever since then my internet freezes for about 1 min, then comes back to full speed for about 2-3 mins then freezes again for another min... and so on and so on. The only way so far I've been able to keep my internet connection from constantly freezing has been to pause Kaspersky. Obviously, this is NOT acceptible, as it defeats the purpose of having a virus scanner in the first place. I also disable Windows Defender in case that was conflicting, and I have no other spyware/virus programs installed.
Any help available out there?
Thx,
CDBlue
